Justine Ickes, Founder, Justine Ickes Coaching & Consulting, is an ICF-certified professional coach, facilitator and trainer with 30+ years of experience growing leaders, bridging cultures, and empowering diverse teams. She has developed, delivered and evaluated award winning on-site and virtual leadership and professional development training programs for the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Institute of Peace, the New School for Social Research, the French Culinary Institute, the United Nations, and other multinational corporations, international humanitarian organizations, and educational institutions. Justine holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Georgetown University. She is fluent in English and Spanish and is working on her Turkish.
