Amanda Valden has been working in the food safety regulatory arena for almost 18 years with experience at the local, tribal and state level of government. As a local health inspector, Amanda conducted housing and food service establishment inspections. At Foxwoods Casino she served as the Food Safety and Sanitation Inspector. For the past nine years she has worked as an inspector and currently a supervisor with the State Dept. of Consumer Protection in the Food, Standards and Product Safety Division.
