As we emerge from this pandemic, many entrepreneurs have questions on how leasing commercial space has changed and what impacts it may have on their business. Existing business owners face an array of scenarios from their lease having expired during the last several months to still having years left on a lease where the current economy or industry for their business has changed dramatically.
